The LaCrosse, a mainstay of Buick's lineup since 2005, is a large sedan with seating up to 5. With optional all-wheel drive (AWD), it handles mud, snow, and sand with ease. Strong on technology, it has offered Android Auto and Apple CarPlay since 2016. The LaCrosse provides superior EPA (miles per gallon) for its class, easing fuel costs and reducing pollution. Buick offers a 4-year, 50,000-mile basic warranty, and a 6-year, 70,000-mile powertrain warranty on its lineup.

For reference, a score of 0 implies a 0.15% chance of driver death (13% chance of driver injury) over 15 years, and a score of 100 reflects a 0.016% chance (1.4% chance of driver injury). The 2019 Buick LaCrosse has a score of 74, implying a 0.05% chance of driver death (4.4% chance of injury). If equipped with optional advanced driver safety features, the chance of death falls to 0.043%, and the chance of injury falls to 3.8%.
