The Matrix, a mainstay of Toyota's lineup since 2003, is a midsize hatchback/wagon with seating up to 5. With optional all-wheel drive (AWD), it can easily bypass mud and snow. Toyota offers a 3-year, 36,000-mile basic warranty, and a 5-year, 60,000-mile powertrain warranty on its lineup.
